I have decided to lose weight to get better health so I can deal with all of the @#@# that life throws at me.
I am a mum to 2 gorgeous teenagers. I have 2 gorgeous sisters and I am the one who is hey diddle diddle I’m stuck in the middle child. :p
I love my family sooo much!!
My goal is to start feeling physically and mentally healthy ASP!!
I Decided to blog my my daily food intake with the weight watchers points.
breakfast: one and a half glasses of fresh juice - carrots, pineapple, pink lady apples, honey dew melon. One Uncle Toby’s body wise berry fusion bar ( less than 100 calories) 1 & 1/2 WW points.
Lunch: 1 cup of continental hearty roast chicken cup-a-soup 3 & 1/2 points. honey and lemon hot drink - 1 small lemon sliced in 2, 1 large tsp honey, 1 cup of boiled water.
Afternoon snack: 2 slices of coles smart buy bread 1point for each slice, 2 slices of kraft singles cheese 1 & 1/2 for points for each slice, 1 tsp of pickles 1 point.
was naughty and had 5 squares of cadbury turkish delight chocolate 5 points

Great job! You forgot to mention your dinner though,but I’m guessing you did well,even with those yummy treats! You’ve got to give yourself a treat once in a while,so that you have something to look forward to! Keep up the great work! Don’t forget the H2O!
You have great cheekbones and a high forehead. Sounds like gorgeous runs in the family. You just need a little tune up. Grab an apple, bottle of water and walk for 30 minutes. Repeat.
That sounds great! Do you find it’s hard? Where did you get the Weight Watchers points system from? Do you have to join?
